With over 40 years of diverse experience in analyzing properties, master planning, site design, and environmental permitting, Randy has built a legacy of excellence in residential, retail, commercial, and industrial developments.

Master planning for this 160± acre retail and lifestyle center, featuring over 600,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 350 units of multi-family housing under MGL Chapter 40B.
• Bay State Commons
Instrumental in the initial planning and permitting for this 55± acre brownfield redevelopment in downtown Westborough, MA, which includes retail space, residential units, and a two-acre public park.
• Specialized Planning Projects
Providing master planning for multi-site recreational programs, as well as innovative site design strategies for various residential and mixed-use projects across Massachusetts.
