Pat has 22 years of field and office experience in land surveying and earned registration as a Professional Land Surveyor in 2009. Pat has directed or performed horizontal and vertical control surveys utilizing GPS, robotic and non-robotic total stations, topographic and utility research and determination, and property/right-of-way research and determination. He has directed the preparation of existing conditions plans, as-built surveys, ALTA/ACSM land title survey plans, highway alteration plans, and subdivision and condominium plans, along with proposed easement and right-of-way plans. He currently supervises technical aspects of survey crews and is responsible for all survey plan production requiring a land surveyor's certification. In addition to his survey experience, Pat is highly proficient in numerous surveying software packages including Civil 3D, Carlson Survey, Topcon Tools, and Star*Net, and utilizes the latest computer technology in the design process.

 

During his career, Pat has had the opportunity to work in many different areas of Massachusetts, from Worcester to Nantucket, Gloucester to Dartmouth. He has performed research in all these locations at local municipalities, Public Works and Registries of Deeds. Some of the clients he has served include MassDOT, MBTA, Harvard University, the cities of Cambridge, Framingham and Quincy, Camp Edwards Military Installation, Lahey Clinic, Perkins School for the Blind, and numerous private home owners.

 

When he’s not on the job, you can find Pat in the mountains during all 4 seasons, either hiking, biking, skiing or swimming ….with his family & friends.
