Comprehensive site design services were completed for 56 acres of land in Sturbridge to develop 46 lots on a through road and two cul-de-sacs. Working closely with the Town in reviewing multiple development options, a design that benefited the Town and was most desirable to the client was developed. The design layout is sensitive to the wooded landscape and wetlands, which cover more than half the site. The final design creates large contiguous open space areas, and generates potential for an expansive passive recreation trail system. This efficient design resulted in expeditious approvals from all local and state agencies.
