The Atwood Medical Center Complex includes Atwood Medical Associates, the Center for Orthopedics, Atmed Occupational Medicine, XRA Medical Imaging, and the East Side Clinical Laboratory. WDADG developed a comprehensive Landscape Master Plan for the property that was implemented as a means to create a hierarchy of pedestrian and vehicular zones, define outdoor spaces, add four season color to the site, and act as an organizing tool to aid in wayfinding. The site improvements included a new canopy tree infrastructure, understory plantings that define edges and create seasonal interest, reorganized parking and pedestrian circulation routes, new wayfinding signage, and improved lighting.
